Campus is an excuse to communicate.
About having a place
And no place at all,
The fear of crashing out while trying to fit in,
About being chronically online and forgetting what’s yours and what’s theirs,
About the bridges we build and burn,
About technology shaping and distorting our sense of connection,
The denial of love in an increasingly transactional world,
About the battle between freedom and responsibility since rent is due, About the search for money without selling out,
About the longing for permanence in an impermanent existence,
Feeling ghosts of places we’ve left behind for better or worse,
About days that seem both possible and impossible,
About the paradox of progress, where we move forward but still see no growth.
